Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Enjoy a taste of the exotic at this newly renovated, pretty pavilion tucked away in the heart of the Aude valley. Relax in the privacy of your very own riverside garden! Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

Samuel and Nelly are happy to host you in their gîte "Le Figuier". To make the most of your stay, here is a list of must-see places to visit near the gîte: Rennes le Château, Rennes les Bains, Pic de Bugarach, Vulture Observatory, Gorges de Galamus, the medieval city of Carcassonne. 1h30 from the beaches and 3/4h from the ski slopes in the Pyrenees. Lakes and swimming in the villages of Puivert and Quillan. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts, lots of marked trails.

From the first glance, you will be impressed by the fabulous view of the Haute Vallée de l'Aude. Then, you will discover a comfortable and warm living space, you will notice that many elements have been restored or manufactured in the workshop that is on site. You will enjoy nature and hiking from the garden. Depending on your preferences, you can travel the region for cultural visits, sports activities or simple detours. Come, there is something for everyone!

The rural gîte of Bergnes in the shade of tall pine trees

The Bergnes rural gîte is located in the heart of a livestock farm in the Upper Aude Valley. The natural environment, Mediterranean type, welcomes cicadas during the hot periods of summer in the very large maritime pines that surround the house and the cottage The Aude River is 1.5 km from the cottage and offers many fishing routes You will also be kindly greeted by our dogs, cats, chickens, horses, donkey and of course, the herd of suckler cows

The Knights' House

Spacious and comfortable Templar house, ideal for one or two couples with two children. In the heart of the village, this pleasant home is only about ten steps from the Aude and its promenade. Café, grocery store and hairdresser are just a few meters away. Lake Saint-Bertrand, a haven of peace and freshness, is 5 km away. Lovers of hiking, fishing or simply driven by a need for tranquility, you will be won over by the upper Aude Valley!

Pets allowed (maximum 2) Booking accepted only upon presentation of the holding permit for category 1 & 2 dogs. 4G access, Wi-Fi. Relax in a green setting. Mid-mountain hiking spot. Possible day trips: Cathar castles, city of Carcassonne, Andorra, Mediterranean beaches. Lake Montbel 20 minutes away.

We will have the pleasure of welcoming you to "La Maison Cachée" located at the foot of the ramparts close to the city center and direct access to all amenities in the heart of the tourist district. Recently restored and fully equipped, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation in a private courtyard overlooking the medieval city of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 8 people. Reservation is possible for 2 guests or more.

Chalet L'Oustal is a small, all-wood house, very warm, cozy, comfortable. It is at the end of a private road, totally isolated with no neighbors within 80 m, not overlooked, no traffic, at the top of a hill surrounded by holm oak woods and Mediterranean scrub – the ideal place to find calm, serenity, rest, but also safety for your children.
