Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the old paper mill of 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 57 square meters in size and very comfortable for two, but the couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two more people. There is also a yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available for shared use, which is ideal for yoga, meditation, and punching bag training. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

In Siegenburg (4 km / 2.5 miles), you will find restaurants, shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool. Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

City-close apartment by the park

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.
