Monthly Rentals in Étaples

An opportunity for a few nights away and we found Emilie & Jean-Christophe’s place. The online photos looked good & the reviews were tremendous so we booked it. Emilie responded within minutes and communication was fantastic before, during and after our stay. There was flexibility regarding time of entry into the house which was a significant bonus to us. Rue Sophie itself was not, no offence intended, particularly eye catching however the property was. Well presented from the outside and even more so on the inside. Spacious, well equipped kitchen dining room, tastefully decorated. Good sized bedrooms (comfortable bed) and bathroom. An enclosed, private rear yard space with table, chairs and parasol which were well used during our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after. Everything in the town was accessible by foot. Of all the properties that I have stayed in for short breaks (and there are many) this one is the best. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you

We had a great long weekend. Maryse's house is in a quiet, very clean and functional neighborhood. The contact with Maryse was friendly and welcoming with a very detailed and useful guide, especially for the French window. Thank you for your attention upon arrival. We recommend it.

We stayed in this accommodation for a family weekend, and everything went perfectly. The apartment is very well laid out, clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The bedding is of high quality, which has largely contributed to our comfort. We immediately feel good there. A big thank you to Annie for her warm welcome, availability and good humor.
