Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays,(romantic) weekend away and suitable for children and disabled people. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed but the most pleasant stay is with 5 pers+1 baby. Plenty to do for young & old!

U heeft uw eigen privé bos en kunt (tegen bijbetaling) gebruik maken van de jacuzzi (€75,- voor onbeperkt gebruik). Fiets- of wandelroutes, bijv. “De Pannenhoef” zijn om de hoek. Fietsen te huur (€10/dag) en een privé huifkartocht (€50,-) zijn ook bij te boeken! Het centrum is 2,5 km. Luxe ontbijt erbij boeken? Dat kan! (€15 p.p./nacht). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

We spent a few beautiful days during a long weekend with Ascension. We were kindly received by Marja and Jaap and the contact was very pleasant during these days. The cottage is equipped with every comfort and every morning breakfast is a pleasant surprise. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and there is a beautiful veranda, where you can enjoy the sounds of nature in the evening when the weather is nice. Around the house is a wonderful beautiful garden, which was so enjoyable, especially with the knowledge of Marja about the plants and flowers that grow there. What an oasis of peace, a must for anyone who loves peace and nature.
