The house is a bit light-sounding, especially footstep noise is audible. 2 rooms (bedroom and living room with sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen-living room and a 20 m², well-insulated conservatory. The surrounding area is close to nature. Sunbathing/playground with barbecue/fireplace.
