Our vacation home is furnished with modern and luxurious furniture, as well as a sauna. It is located in the heart of Vasoldsberg (25 min. away from Graz) and it is the ideal place to relax and regain energy in a luxurious setting and the tranquillity and good air of the countryside. Our vacation home includes a private sauna, a spacious living room with kitchen, one bedroom with a bathroom and two patios. There is a bakery in walking distance and there are walking and cycling trails.

We welcome you to our 50 m² apartment on the 6th floor with balcony, air conditioning and views of the Schloßberg in the Lend district. Free parking in the parking garage on the same street (approx. 100 meters away). Public parking around the house (free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, subject to a charge on weekdays). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 more people, a bathroom with a toilet and an equipped kitchen.

Enjoy your Graz stay in this beautiful apartment, equipped with stove, fridge with freezer, tableware and cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, etc.). The bathroom is equipped with hand and bath towels, a hair dryer and toiletries. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house. You can park your car in the courtyard free of charge and use public transport right in front of the apartment building. Tourist tax € 2.50/day/person is collected on site

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
