Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It is 30 meters from the sea, completely isolated and operates with an autonomous photovoltaic system of limited power consumption. It is forbidden to use a device over 1000 watts, electric iron, etc. The beach in front of the house is often cleaned by local bodies but there is the possibility that with a strong wind it will bring out some garbage. Also the last three hundred meters of road need a lot of attention, it is a steep downhill and sometimes a little damaged after rain
