3 cute cottages, named Mulberry tree, Daphne and Chestnut tree, with private pool each one, and very nice surrounded terraces full of trees, plants and flowers, located at Potami (means river) area, between Agnontas beach and Panormos beach. They are full of character with elegant interior decors, entirely suited to the gloriously peaceful rural setting. They are set on the hillside overlooking the Potami valley, on land that has been in the owner's family for over 100 years.

It is 30 meters from the sea, completely isolated and operates with an autonomous photovoltaic system of limited power consumption. It is forbidden to use a device over 1000vatt, an electric iron, etc. The beach in front of the house is often cleaned by local bodies but there is the possibility with a strong wind to take out some garbage. Also, the last three hundred meters of road needs a lot of attention, it is a steep downhill and sometimes a little damaged after rain
