Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Eureka

Had a wonderful time , didn't spend much time in the location due to my daughter graduating. But the presuer of the shower amazing love love it.

This house is so gorgeous I wish it was for sale. The hot tub was a huge bonus on top of the amazing view. The mattress was exstreamly comfortable.

Had a great stay here - the place was really nice and clean and Erik was super responsive and helpful, even providing a list of recommendations for what to do and places to visit in the area. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve stayed at. From the moment we walked in, the house felt cozy and inviting. Steve went above and beyond with a gift basket, local recommendations and a lovely home. The little touches meant the world to us. The location can’t be beat. We loved our morning walks along the beautiful redwoods. We enjoyed oysters and wine at Humboldt Provisions, breakfast at Golden Harvest Cafe (their blueberry muffin latte is a must), a trip to Samoa, the Sequoia Park Zoo and Babe’s Pizza. We will definitely stay here again!!! Arden &Jon

Lovely home — the house was clean and comfortable. Great for one night’s stay in Eureka on our way from Redwoods down to Mendocino. Stocked with the essentials and house was spaciousness for our family of four’s fam trip. It’s located on a main road so you can hear street noise during the day in the front bedroom with the king bed, but the road quiets down in the evening and wasn’t an issue trying to fall asleep (as someone who is relatively sensitive to street noise).

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a cleaner air bnb! Everything was spotless, the bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked, hosts were extremely accommodating of our needs, and we couldn’t have asked for more. 10/10 recommend!

just walk a few feet and your in Eureka's Sequoia Park, zoo and the Sky Walk (you'll need entrance to the zoo to access the SW). Eureka/Arcata have to many things to list but the mother of all Natural Food Stores can be found in Arcata (North Coast Coop), Eureka now has one also. Avenue of The Giants is south on 101, Moonstone Beach, Trinidad and all Patrick's Point (now known as Sue-meg State Park) has to offer. The Woodland Island Marine is a great place to eat fish-n-chips, steak, etc, view the old city, Carson Mansion and local fishermen bring in the haul, some will sell fresh fish to you. The house is in a pleasant area, and neighbors were friendly. The house is well-pointed and Heather was wonderful in responding to questions. Eureka is a fabulous town with great restaurants and friendly people, with the ocean and dunes not too far away. Loved stay that my wife and I would like to repeat.

Probably the most comfortable airbnb bed I've ever slept in. Beautiful garden, beautiful room. Friendly host and landskeeper. Being able to soak in the hot tub after a long drive was so wonderful. The gardens and yard attracted beautiful birds and their songs were so soothing to listen to. A really nice kitchen with a cute little stove too. This place was peaceful, felt very safe, and I would definitely stay again. Host was super responsive.

Barrie was extremely responsive & helpful from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smiling face, kindness and a fabulous place that exceeded our expectations! Barrie goes that “extra mile” to make things super special for guests. The setting is peaceful, beautiful, creative and full of interesting things to enjoy, indoors and out. Highly recommend!

Excellent palce. Small but perfect.

This place was absolutely stunning and cozy. The view is breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and the house was warm and clean. The shower is a bit short so it might be a struggle for tall people but the bath is beautiful and clean. Our only challenge was that the steps are in no shape for walking all the way down to the beach. They are in serious need of updating if they are to be advertised as usable. We could make it half way down to the deck with care, but beyond that is just hazardous. The deck view is gorgeous. We would still come back, even without beach access. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Karin is an extremely kind, thoughful, and flexible host. Her property is peaceful and quiet. She two lovely dags and a cat that are friendly and welcoming. The space was clean and provided everything needed. Had a great night's rest!

Great place to stay! Exactly as photographed and described. The space is nice and clean, and set in a peaceful environment. The host had clear instructions and was communicative throughout. I would definitely stay there again.

Amy/ Bob were great hosts! Amy was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The place was extremely relaxing and super quiet! Also wanted to mention that this place has character! We enjoyed the awesome garden that they have. There was a French press for the coffee we were able to grind fresh coffee as well. Plus many amenities! Convenient location! We recommend checking this place out if you are traveling through the area!

Linden was a great host, and very accommodating! We had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for our daughter, who was unable to come home for the holiday. Thank you!
