Zeeland, known for its sea and beach, picturesque towns, beautiful views, culinary highlights and many hours of sunshine. The house was completely modernized in 2021 and equipped with every comfort. As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

The cottage has its own entrance with parking space. You will stay on our property, but due to a separation, you will enjoy complete privacy. There is one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, sitting area with smartTV and a kitchenette with faucet and coffee/tea facilities. A separate stove is available. Parties are not allowed.
