This beautiful city villa from 1850 is located on the Beestenmarkt in Goes, 2 minutes from the Grote Markt, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Be surprised by this city full of character and discover everything that makes Zeeland beautiful from here. Zeeland, known for its sea and beach, picturesque towns, beautiful views, culinary highlights and many hours of sunshine. The house was completely modernized in 2021 and equipped with every comfort. A great base and resting point. The sauna and Jacuzzi are ready.

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
