Holiday rentals with a patio in Everglades

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

The room matched the photos. The only downfall was the portable AC unit that was working very hard to keep the room cool at night but overall the stay was perfect. 1 block or so away from the beach was perfect! Plenty of restaurants, CVS & a Walgreens within walking distance. Zero complaints.

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

Marvin’s Airbnb was fantastic! The space was spotless and exactly as described. He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. All the listed amenities were available and in great condition. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and would definitely love to come back in the future.

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. This place is affordable, clean, and in an amazing location! Wonderful experience staying here. You can enjoy the benefits of the larger, expensive hotels nearby for a fraction of the price. This place is quite literally steps from the beach and walking distance from restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bars, and stores. There is also a “BCycle” station at the corner where you can rent bikes to ride along the strip or down Las Olas Blvd. The room was bright and clean and the front desk also stored our bags for us while we strolled on the beach before our check-in time. The place also offers beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas for you to use. 10/10 recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Kate's home. It wash very clean and was as beautiful as the pictures. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of towels, both bath and beach, for the two of us. and the pool/jacuzzi was that icing on top. We felt safe in that neighborhood and it was alway quite and peaceful. Day and night. Kate and her associates were very communitive and helpful from the day I booked until the time we left. And I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to my friends and loved ones. Thanks Kate!!

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Waking up right on the water with a breathtaking view every morning felt like a dream. The sunrises and sunsets were picture-perfect, and we spent hours just relaxing on the huge deck, watching boats go by and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The space was exactly as pictured. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for a serene escape with unbeatable views, this is the place. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

This was hands down the best and most beautiful home I have ever stayed in and I travel to Florida a lot! It was clean, the hosts literally thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and it was so peaceful. The hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. We loved the outdoor shower right off the main bedroom, and the entire home was so spacious! So clean! So worth the money! The hosts know what they are doing. The outdoor areas are heaven and perfectly outfitted with the most comfortable outdoor furniture! We did not want to leave! The inside was tastefully and beautifully decorated to make you never want to leave. Absolutely amazing! Please take care of the home if you’re lucky enough to stay there! We will be back next year! Staying at this home in Miami was hands down the best decision we made. The house is spotless, spacious, super comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Wonderful place to stay before we cruised. There was planet of room for all ten of us who stayed. Plenty of activities at the property! Clean! Just like what is described! Wonderful host. Very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

My family had an excellent stay at this location. The neighborhood was and with a beautiful canal view.

What can we say about this gem?!? We feel so blessed that this place was available for us to stay in. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this has to be tops! Clean house, well thought out, wonderful hosts, great communication. Well, and the backyard are you kidding me!! Phenomenal! Cold plunge, pool, hot tub, sauna, activities. What are you all waiting for, no more scrolling and looking, book this place NOW, and you’ll thank me!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

We stayed in Miami for three nights and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was perfect for us, and everything matched the description. The hosts were very helpful, and communication was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic apartment.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!
