Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Evergreen

Wow! This has been by far the most beautiful and enriching family vacation we have experienced. The Living Room had breath taking views of the mountains, surrounding farms and wildlife that could be seen from inside the home and from the lovely patio. Whether waking with a Nespresso coffee or tea in hand on the patio, eating meals or playing cards at the dinner table or enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub the experience was amazing. The word WOW is the best way for us to describe our stay. Mark and Renee were wonderful and attentive hosts. They are very organized and had books that helped us find fun things to do. The home was very clean and spacious. We were able to cook many meals at the Airbnb and had many options for dinning out if desired. We are so grateful to have the luxury of enjoying such a wonderful experience and plan to come visit again in the coming years.

We loved this house! The views are truly breathtaking and the home is beautifully designed and so comfortable. Kathryn and James have really thought through the details, from the well-appointed kitchen with everything you might need to cook a fantastic meal to helpful instructional videos on the nuts and bolts, like how to use the hot tub. It was the perfect mountain retreat!

My family had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! We enjoyed the mountain views, hot tub, game tables, Xbox, and layout of the house. We would stay again, while next visiting the area. The house was easy to access and the surroundings beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described on the post and very clean. Skies were clear all nights, surroundings are dark and allow for seeing the stars easily. We had deer visit every day, sometimes morning and evening - stayed plenty of time to allow some great pictures! Communication with the host was always a very positive experience with prompt response! Wished there would have been a washer/dryer and a little more turn around room for a vehicle at top of drive by the house but those things didn’t make for a negative experience at all, just our personal preference. Saw an AMAZING concert (James Taylor) at Red Rocks, drove up and through Rocky Mountain National Park, and explored Staunton State Park! Very enjoyable time! Thank you to Alex and Nadine for the wonderful place to stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and location provided much desired peace and quiet! Hosts were VERY friendly and responsive and checked in regularly via text. Evenings in the hot tub with moonlit mountain views was WONDERFUL! Much too big for just the two of us but plenty of room for a group of up to 8 or 10 people if you include the downstairs studio. Close enough to Idaho Springs, Central City, and Blackhawk, all of which provided great shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our stay was great! Loved the house, hot tub worked well, the space was beautiful and the big windows provided beautiful views. We saw deer and rainbows outside. I cook more than the average guest, and for me, kitchen equipment gets 4.5 stars. Would have been nice to have a few more cooking utensils, large bowls. No hot pads for pulling stuff out of oven. It was still large, lots of counter space, good appliances. My only real complaint was communication. We bought steaks to grill, and I had trouble finding the grill. After 5 different back-and-forth messages, I was finally told where the grill was (in the laundry room). Response time to messages was fast, but it was clearly a bot messaging me, not a human. The house rules were also communicated to me over and over, and this felt patronizing. Overall, we still had a 5-star stay and I would return. Loved the house and really enjoyed our visit!

This was a peaceful getaway. From the start, Jason was incredibly responsive and accommodating—he worked with us on our check-out time before we arrived, which made planning so much easier. The surroundings were beautiful, with wildlife strolling by daily—a nature retreat. One lovely surprise I couldn’t help but notice: all the bathroom products were cruelty-free brands. As an animal lover, that small detail made a big impression and added to the thoughtful vibe of the place. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Jason.

One of the cleanest and well stocked places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful view, quaint cottage, comfortable beds and furniture, privacy for both bedrooms and James was super fast to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!!!

This place was GREAT! Close to everything. We love walking. Convenient to places like Red Rocks (drive). The place itself was super clean and the instructions for access were very clear. Can't say enough good things about it. Had a helpful guest binder with lots of info. Rooftop had great views. If and when I stay in Golden again (which I will) I'll be looking far in advance to try and book this place again. Thanks to both Stefan & Bethany!

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

Beautiful and spacious place, perfect for extended stays. Fast and reliable internet that allowed us to work remotely. gorgeous, peaceful surroundings while just a short drive to the nearest town, and Denver. I strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

Sonja was very accommodating and helped us out when we were stuck in Idaho Springs with car trouble. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs especially because we didn’t have many options. If you will be traveling with your dogs just know that the yard is not fenced. Beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. Would stay again.

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

We had a gorgeous 3 nights in Billy & Desiree’s cabin. They have thought of everything you could need and the cabin is warm and cosy. The bottle of wine was delicious, bed super comfy, plentiful supplies of tea and coffee and the location of the cabin was so peaceful, on the edge of the river. There is a great Rec Center with pool, hot tubs and gym which was great at the end of a long day of activity. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable & restful place, assisted by super responsive and helpful hosts & we definitely recommend this beautiful place. Thank you so much Desiree & Billy.

Beautiful accomodations in quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for us to get to the concert at Red Rocks. Loved all the houseplants! Will definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable stay at Jerome's. The location is perfect for sightseeing and hiking the many trails in the area. The unit is quiet and extremely comfortable. Well stocked and a scenic patio with a lake view. I will certainly be booking here again in the future. I highly recommend.

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

This was a great place and location for a wedding we were attending just up the road. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is right by the river and very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

What a great place to stay for a quick little staycation. we were happy to find out that that condo was in the center of the village and made cruising around and grabbing a bite to eat all that much easier. The condo was better than expected with everything we could have wanted. it was like our own personal apartment for the weekend. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we are in Keystone. Thanks for such a great experience.
