Paris is 1h15 away. The house is perfect for big families with children. A great way to spend the summer holidays or weekends with your extended family. Minimum stay June-August is 7 days. An extra charge of 100€ is applied if the garbage is not taken out. 12 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
