Monthly Rentals in Exning

The property definitely ticked all the boxes for us. We were staying for a wedding in the village. Having the pub across the road was a bonus as we didn’t really want to cater for ourselves other than breakfast and the church was only 200m away. The beds were all very comfortable and the en-suite bathrooms most convenient. Two had good showers and the third a bath with a bath/shower mixer tap. We didn’t need the fourth bedroom but had we done, although it didn’t have an en-suite bathroom, it did have exclusive night time use of a cloakroom next door to it. It was positioned away from all the other bedrooms so it was as good as being en-suite for night time use and of course there were still three bathrooms to use for showering or bathing, so not really a game changer if four beds were needed.

It was a late booking as our previous holiday home let us down. It was exactly what we expected from the photos/description. The bonus was the lovely walks from the Stables and the bottle of bubbles left in the fridge! It also felt super safe as it was a gated farm… well done Will

Lucy was very friendly and I appreciated her responsiveness. The airbnb was very clean and she left eggs and bread which was such a nice surprise. Stayed for 13 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you Lucy!

This was our second stay. We had such an amazing stay 2 years ago we booked again knowing how clean the accommodation would be and helpful Dave would be answering any questions before our journey promptly. Accommodation is spotlessly clean the beds are comfy and en-suite having everything that’s needed. Right down to the shower gel and shampoo as a bonus Dave even supplies fluffy towels. 1 hand and 1 bath towel for each guest. We shall definitely book again for our next trip to Newmarket as it’s so convenient only being a few miles away.
