You will stay in a house in a listed half-timbered ensemble from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with antiques, a cinema hall, and a gazebo with unobstructed views of the Teutoburg Forest. Complete kitchen, infrared sauna, cozy living room with oven and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. Garden in front of the house for your own use. Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
