Gaudiette is a small independent accommodation, located by the sea, between Nice and Monaco. It is composed of two rooms: a kitchen/living room on the ground floor and a bedroom and its bathroom on the first floor. Access is via a few stairs, so it's not suitable for people with limited mobility. Private and secure parking is available for small and medium cars (1.80 × 4.80 m).
