Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Highly recommended!!!! Go there and you won't regret it!!!! Franca is super nice, flexible check-in and check-out, very tidy and clean room!!!

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a panoramic view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

Staying at Elisabetta’s place in Ascoli Piceno was an absolute pleasure for my family and I. Not only was the breakfast great, the room clean, and the host very accommodating, but the surrounding area is beautiful and filled with lots to do. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to explore Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding areas.

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

Raffaella welcomes you with a smile that warms the heart. You truly feel like you have found your Italian roots, even if you don't have any : ) This is a very special place, not only can you see it, the views are breathtaking everywhere you look, but you also feel something very sacred here. There is a quiet in listening to the birds sing. Quiet from the busy life you leave behind. Our apartment was spotless and very well organized with everything we needed. The windows from our top story framed the tip-top of the trees and the valley below, we felt like we were living in a tree house. My daughter and I had a very fun cooking lesson with Raffaella and her expert cook and are now expert gnocchi chefs, I'm quite serious. Not only do they provide itineraries for traveling the Umbrian region, they are also available for additional info should you need it. Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, we saw so much and we could have seen more. And...the views from the pool are spectacular, the grounds are truly more beautiful than the photos can display. I know Raffaella made our Umbrian stay very special to us but I must also say that Umbria took our breath away. There is so much beauty here. I want to return to see every season. Thank you Raffaella and your entire family! I know we will visit again : )

I spent a night in this accommodation in the historic center of Urbino and I had a great time. The location is excellent, in the middle of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Definitely a positive experience, I would recommend it!

This is an amazing place for stay near Cupramontana. The view is great! And Sara is amazing! The place is so cool and Sara put out fresh baked goods and breakfast. Will definitely be back! 🇮🇹❤️

I loved my stay with Paola in their BnB. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very filling with delicious food. The hospitality show by Paola and her husband was excellent, and I felt very well looked after and safe as a solo female traveller. The BnB is located a very short walking distance from the main centre of the historic part of Spello, and there were a number of great restaurants and lots of excellent shopping with small boutiques with local makers. I’m very grateful for my stay!

The stay was pleasant, the breakfast was plentiful with farm products. Very quiet location in the middle of the countryside. We stayed 5 nights and served as a base to visit the Umbrian valley. Great solution for our family consisting of 3 adults, we had a room with 2 communicating rooms and 2 bathrooms.

As soon as I entered Bruno's house, I found myself in front of a beautiful house. He matched my tastes in every aspect, down to the details. Bruno is a super helpful and interesting person to get to know. Too bad mine was a hit and run, but having to go back to Perugia often, I'd probably go back to his again. It also has a beautiful private terrace! It allowed me to relax even during this great summer heat. No small feat. Thanks again.

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.

Very beautiful and modern house, host family are very nice and warm. Wake up in the morning, the view outside the window is serene. I will come again next time I have a chance!

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

We immediately felt comfortable with Elena and Davide. The accommodation is totally clean and very tastefully furnished. The two are very warm people and are the perfect hosts. Our highlight was the private pasta course with Elena, followed by a tasting. Very close to the tourist caves of Frasassi, not only! The surroundings are beautiful. Although we could use the kitchen, we didn't, because there are good and relatively cheap restaurants. Good Italian breakfast with a very good self-produced yogurt. Quiet and comfortable beds, we had a great night's sleep.

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Really nice experience. Thank you... we hope to be back soon

The stay at Alvaro's house will be unforgettable, as well as for the excellent location to visit many cities, for the beautiful house, for the peace and tranquility that you can breathe in this place, it will be unforgettable for the extraordinary hospitality of Alvaro and his wife who seem like two old friends. They open the doors of their home and their hearts, two extremely generous and friendly people. We only stayed two nights, but I wouldn't have left. The pool is fantastic and can be used at any time of the day or night, breakfast is served in the garden and by booking you can also take cooking classes. Alvaro will do everything to make sure you don't miss anything, he also runs a restaurant that was closed for Ferragosto during my stay but that will be a great excuse to come back. I'm really glad I discovered this place. Don't be fooled by the photos, everything is absolutely better than it seems!! See you soon. ♥️
