Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Faches-Thumesnil

We spent a weekend in Bruno's accommodation and it perfectly matched the description and our expectations. The self check-in and check-out is really ideal. The house is large with everything you need available. The 2 bathrooms make it easy to stay with 6, and the bedding was really comfortable! The neighborhood was very peaceful, which makes the outside very pleasant. We will be back without hesitation!

We had a great time in Avignon! We came for a concert at the Stade Pierre Mauroy for the weekend, the accommodation is ideally located, not even 10 min by car, parking nearby! Beautiful house, fully equipped. Nice beds. Parking in front of the door. And easy to walk to the Decathlon Arena. Supermarket and bakery close by. Nice place to rest.

We had a very nice stay at Isabelle's house. The contact with co-host Rolande went well. Sometimes it was a bit difficult, because we don't speak a common language. Beautiful house with four bedrooms and bathrooms, of which 3 bathrooms are ensuite. Nice swimming pool in a large garden that could be used for a fee. Flexible and thoughtful hosts, very nice! The only thing to take into account (especially with children) are the many nettles in the grass. Recommended!

stayed with our 6 month old and it was fantastic. really central to everything a small walk away but nice and quiet all the same. the view is stunning, really made it feel like holiday as we spent a lot of time there with the baby so really lovely having a nice environment.

Wonderful quiet apartment in busy social area . Windows must have been triple glazed as we couldn’t hear a noise once we stepped instead. We all loved the shower! Beds comfortable and air conditioning lovely as it was very hot when we stayed. We explored Lille , took a day trip to Ghent and popped to dunkerque on the train. Lille is lovely we will definitely be back! Nathan answered all our questions and we were able to leave our luggage before our return train home at 2000. Five stars all round!

Excellent, I don't leave many comments, but when I do it's to highlight when the accommodation is exceptional. Very quiet and very classy neighborhood, close to an Intermarché and the tram, ultra comfortable bedding, I recommend it without hesitation. At the time I went, the quality/price ratio was unbeatable. Note: 6/5

This is the second time we have stayed with Dorothée and, just like for the first time, we are extremely satisfied with it: the apartment is impeccable, the room is spacious, quiet, the bedding quality. The bathroom and kitchen are just as nice. Of course the terrace overlooking a small green park is a must. After a day of walking in Lille for a drink on this terrace, it's a guaranteed pleasure. Dorothée welcomed us with great attention to make us feel at home and that was really the case. We sincerely thank her for the quality of the service. If we go back to Lille it will be in this beautiful apartment, or nothing. And I forgot: the parking space just below the property is also a very nice plus.

Very well located and very quiet apartment

We visited Lille as 2 couples and really enjoyed our stay at Hugo's. The living space area is spacious and bright and stayed cool despite the rare heatwave we experienced during our visit. Hugo was a very friendly host and personally met us. He was very accommodating and allowed flexibility on our check-in and slightly later check out. He responds very quickly and shared some great local food spot recommendations. Good amenities in the kitchen, good pressure in the bathroom and the bedrooms come with blinds to help block out majority of the light and comfortable beds and pillows. The apartment is about a 15minute walk to the old city centre and is 3 minute walk to the beautiful park where you can rent out a little electric boat which would recommend. Felt safe and bedrooms face to a garden so was quiet. Would recommend!

This apartment was perfect for my stay alone in Lilles. Right in the center of town and close to several venues for the Professional Trade Show I was attending. The restaurant right below is very good and there are several affordable quality breakfast places and restaurants within 5 minutes. A couple would have also been extremely happy with the location - as a duplex with the bedroom and shower upstairs and the WC downstairs, it means you can work late while your partner goes to bed early if one of you is there for tourism while the other must work. Everything was extremely clean, and well furnished. It lacked nothing and even had an A/C unit in case of a heatwave during your stay. There are four flights of stairs that I like because I need the exercise, but do keep that in mind if you have reduced mobility. I highly recommend this appt - 5 stars all the way. Anthony walks you through the entry and leave and responds very quickly. It was one of my top Airbnb stays of the year.

Pleasant accommodation, very well located in a quiet area and also next to the tram, easy to get to the city center of Lille. Dorothée and Mathieu were very responsive in the exchanges. I would recommend this place and its hosts.
