Well-equipped and fresh cottage on shared lake plot with sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Bed loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed with sleeping space for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom section consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large patio with lounge group and barbecue.

Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Observera att boendet saknar starkström och dusch, men är beläget vid en källsjö med rent och friskt vatten som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Stugan drivs enbart av 12-volts el för enklare belysning, vilket innebär begränsad elektrisk kapacitet. Det finns dock möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag. Följande tillgångar: Ved till bastu Dricksvatten i dunk Sängkläder (gäster får gärna ta med egna om önskas) Utedass Liten grill Roddbåt Kanot Boendet är lämpat till max 2 personer.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.
