Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Faggeto Lario

It was a wonderful stay and the people in Nesso very friendly. The little shop nearby stocks everything we needed and the 'Sport' pizza restaurant was very good. Managing the stairs daily saved me from the need to go jogging. Nesso is special because there is no traffic noise although, if you are driving then the roads are narrow and need 100% attention. The ferries are really worth the fares, buses too. So many thanks and it will stay in our memory as a brilliant BnB

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Such a historic, peaceful and walkable place. Market, 3restaurants and boat dock close for boat tours. Eros and Daniel were some of most helpful and responsive hosts I have seen. They live a block away. Will always cherish sitting on lawn at dusk watching lake Como lights come on

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

Very nice clean accommodation with a small garden and above all in a very strategic and well-served hamlet. Paolo is very helpful. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment - with fantastic views!

We positively loved our short stay at Cia’s place! The location on the lake is excellent - nice and quiet, picturesque views, and well connected via the ferry. The accomodation is well looked after and very comfortable. We had several issues with flights being cancelled and delayed, shortening our stay - Cia was brilliant to work with through this and made sure we were looked after. Note - we travelled to Pognana Lario via a private driver/taxi (from the Milan airport). If you have a few bulky luggage suitcases like we did, I highly recommend this approach instead of travelling via the Como ferry ☺️ The staircase up to the street level from the ferry terminal is long, and I wouldn’t have wanted to haul our luggage up the staircase after a long flight.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Clara's apartment. It was a warm and welcoming atmosphere and Clara helped with tips & hints. The nice family with their young dog and the little goat was just fantastic. The boys and I were totally happy and thankful to.have the opportunity to stay there. Thanks for everything, Clara!

Lovely apartment in a charming city that truly lived up to our expectations. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the host was amazing—always helpful and quick to respond! We loved the garden too ☺️ Even got a bit of a workout from all the stairs 😂 We didn’t mind at all, but it’s good to know about in advance. Getting there by car was easy, so that was always an option. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. In all our Airbnb stays throughout Europe and the US, this was by far our favorite thanks to Nadia and Davide, our Luna di Lago hosts. Nadia's story is very special and she puts her heart and soul into making her apartment just perfect for her guests. Staying in Torno away from the crowds of Bellagio was a really good choice for us - a true taste of Italian life. Nadia took care of us with detailed help and recommendations as if we were dear friends - we'll always remember her one-of-a-kind hospitality. It was a wonderful apartment with astonishing views from all rooms and even the bathroom.  Designed with care and good taste. With attention to the details. Perfectly clean and a lot of sunlight.  Welcome drinks, snacks, and even local cake were a pleasant surprise. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Davides place and it was perfect. The house is relatively easy to get to, a lot of steps! But the ferry is close by, and train stop. Davide is very responsive and responded very quickly! The wash worked just fine and so did the iron! The views of the lake are stunning!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean, and tranquil. The kitchen is fantastically equipped; we like to buy local ingredients and cook. the location could not be better situated, near the water, the shopping, the gelato, and the restaurants- a quiet retreat in an exciting location. Sabrina and Riccardo were kind, responsive, generous (welcome wine and cake) and helpful. We would return in a heart beat.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

By far the best airbnb during my trip to Italy. This place has all the accommodations you would need and more. I wish I could take this airbnb with me for the rest of my trip.

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.

I had the most wonderful stay here and Marco & Stefy were the best hosts. They really helped me out with travel logistics when I had an issue. They were also very responsive to messages throughout my stay. The Como and restaurant guides were thoughtfully curated and led me to some incredible restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Como!
