Lovely apartment by the lake. We got up everyday with beautiful view of lake como by the window. Very calmed, not far from Villa del balbianello 6 minutes by car.

The apartment has an unbelievable view. The view out the front door will take your breath away. It's beautiful. The entire town is walkable and worth exploring. The train and ferry stations are also walking distance from the apartment, and we ended up using both for day trips to other lake cities. This is truly a magical location. We will forever remember having our morning coffee or pre-dinner wine on the lake, a mere 10 feet from our front door. Francesca and her mother were amazing, responsive, and helpful in every way. They left us a bottle of their family's wine as a welcome present. On our departure day, it was pouring rain, and they offered to drive us to the train station. So unexpected and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment and location. We'll visit again.

very friendly and very quick to respond. The apartment was clean and full of everything you might need. The local town was cozy and full of life, however you do need a car to travel to the surrounding towns. 10/10!

Beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. Great location right on the lake and in a quiet village. The view was sensational. Upon arrival, a set table awaited us and in the kitchen pasta, tomato sauce and wine were provided for us. These little attentions made us very happy, we have never experienced such a great surprise. Thank you very much. Absolutely recommendable. We will gladly come back.

We had an absolutely amazing place. The view is just stunning and 'matched' the photos (although they don't it justice). Marzio was a fantastic communicator, and his wife met us in person for check in. We really enjoyed Lezzeno, between Como and Bellagio

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

This place is wonderful. It is beautifully located overlooking the lake and is very peaceful. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying on the lake. The AC in the room was perfect for the summer heat and cooled it down so fast. I felt right at home in the place. Would love to stay here again

What an incredible stay! Michele’s place has everything you need to feel at home, all in an amazing location. There are enough amenities nearby such as the convenience store and 2 restaurants/bars, along with bus stops and even the dock for ferries across the lake. The views from every window and the rooftop are stunning. Thank you, Michele!

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a dreamlike environment.

Amazing place to stay! Sara is amazing - she gave many local recommendations and shared lots of helpful information! The walk up from the AirBnb was not easy, but well worth it for the view and location!

Thank you so much for an incredible stay. The apartment is amazing, with beautiful views. Maurizio was a super helpful host and was really clear prior to booking about the building works next door. They didn't effect our stay at all in the 3 days there was barely any noise (i think most the major construction is complete anyway). Maurizio gave us some lovely recommendations and with a car it's really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

They say that Bellagio is the jewel of lake como , i believe its Where you stay and also the host , I have been in different places with different and marvelous location but nothing comparable with a place that you feel comfortable in during your stay,and what even makes your stay beyond expectations is the host and i believe Deborah did really made things lovely and easy specially for someone that is not familiar with local customs or the location Simply one of the most beautiful experiences i’v ever had and strongly recommend the place as the photos does not do justice to the place trust me

The view is adorable. The location is the best. Car park is crucial to enjoy your stay and it was available upon request for free.

All I can say is book this Airbnb you’ll feel like royalty. The location, the gardens the whole Villa was a dream. So beautiful and the host went above and beyond to make it special for us. I will 100% come back to this Airbnb

Nice location with very cool restaurants/bars nearby and a very kind responsive host.

We loved, this apartment, Bellano and Gianpaolo in that order. The apartment, while in an historic, older building has been completely remodeled and feels like new. It overlooks Lake Como and is an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, sights and the ferry terminal. Gianpaolo was lovely to work with and made sure we were well oriented when we checked in. I only wish we could have stayed longer. -Vince

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. Great view of the lake, clean apartment. The area is also great to explore by car! Without it, it's rather difficult, as the place is unfortunately not really walkable. We had a very relaxing and beautiful vacation there!
