Great place, host and great location.

It was perfect for our trip. Loved being near the beach.

Victor and Kim were gracious and amazing hosts. I was celebrating my birthday and they even had a card, a bottle of champagne, red wine and fruit. It was such a wonderful surprise! The house was so beautiful and the beach is just outside! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to cook for a family; there was a convection oven! We loved using the grill as it was memorial day. Bathrooms had rain showers. Beds were so comfortable and it was truly wonderful to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and to just listen to the waves from the deck or even the living room. We spent a lot of time outside, on the beach. It was home away from home.

The beach house was a great place to be with our family. My boys loved going across the street to the beach. It was walkable to so many places, and short drive. Cozy space and awesome porch deck. Highly recommend staying here.

I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb beach house. The views were absolutely immaculate, turning every moment into a picture perfect scene. A true highlight was the friendly welcome with a customized snack basket that set a warm, personal tone right from the start. My sisters and I took a get away for a few days. Francesco was wonderful to work with prior to our arrival and such a pleasure to talk to while we were there. The location is perfect with the beach right out front and enjoyed listening to the waves slapping on beach at night. The accommodation was perfect! Would definitely recommend and we will be returning!

Stayed here with another couple over the weekend for a wedding - this place was perfectly suited for us! Just wish the weather had been better so that we could’ve enjoyed the deck more as it is overlooking the sound! We were all saying, as we checked out this morning, that if we end up in town again, we would absolutely stay here if it were available!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private home! The backyard was a highlight very spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and cozy fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. While we didn’t use the garage amenities, it was nice knowing the dart board and ping pong table were there. Debbie and her team were fantastic hosts; responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. We’d definitely love to book here again. Thank you, Debbie!

This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Allana’s house by the sea! When we had a small incident with the keypad, Allana was quick to answer my call and resolve the issue no problem. Everything was clean and beautiful! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back to enjoy our meals. The view from the master bedroom and deck is incredible! We highly recommend and will be back!

Our group of 6 has a great time at the home! The backyard is beautiful and has plenty of seating. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it was a bit chilly for May, but would be GREAT in the summer! Would definitely return!

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

Great location that was an easy walk to the beach and to town. The house was equipped with everything we needed including lots of toys/books that kept our children entertained. They especially loved the backyard and trampoline. We would definitely stay here again.

A spacious property in a wonderful location. The house was exactly as advertised. Karen is an excpetionally responsive host. Our family (6 adults, 4 children) felt entirely comfortable there, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool.

John is a very responsive. caring, pleasant host. he always answered all of our questions promptly. Great value for what we needed. Thanks John.

It’s a great place to stay with your family. The host is super friendly and responsive. I absolutely love the amenities and the attention given to. Only thing I wish the inside voice levels were reduce; every time we spoke, we were able to hear one another even though we were in different parts of the home. But, it’s a very good and safe neighborhood.

We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary so we wanted to treat ourselves to a stay at a beach house and this choice did not disappoint. Our stay was amazing; all the stress melted away the second we walked in this home. The view was spectacular and I really wished I could have taken the view from the huge kitchen window home with me. Owners were very quick to respond to any of our questions. Water was very refreshing, not freezing cold like back home in MA. Bistro Mediterranean & Tapas Bar in East Haven was a hidden jewel. We went there several times because there were so many yummy choices (and the prices were very reasonable). There is a small airport nearby so it was really cool watching the planes glide over the house. It was very hard to leave our home away from home and we will definitely be renting again in the near future.

The house was just as described and just as the photos show. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Pretty neighborhood, and peaceful.

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The decor is beautiful and it was extremely clean. We booked our trip for - family of 6 very last minute MDW and Mary was so accommodating and extremely responsive. As other reviews mention the beach entrance on the street is for private beach access, so you just have to walk about 5 mins to the public beach. Overall, the house is so beautiful and easily accessible to anything you may need.

The home was very nice, clean, spacious,and had pretty much anything we would need. The hosts were very responsive even before we completed the booking through our checkout. We lived in Bridgeport years ago and were skeptical of the area but things have changed a lot. We felt safe coming and going and while sleeping. We will definitely consider this home for our next visits to the area.
