Lovely little bolthole, incredible location in the heart of the village. You’re a minute walk away from most of the restaurants, pubs and sights. Getting checked in was super easy and the place was spotless, thank you Nia!

Set in lovely grasmere. Flat 5 at the top of the house. Really spacious. Everything that you would need. Clear and useful instructions throughout. Made it super easy. Lovely and quiet Perfect host. Always on hand and happy to help. Couldn’t ask for anything else Many thanks

We had a lovely stay here, the property was superb and the birds, squirrels and badgers were lovely to see. Grasmere is a beautiful little village with plenty of restaurants and shops. This was the perfect location for walks in the Lake District with plenty of walks right on the door step and nice and close to Helvellyn. We would absolutely visit again ❤️

me and a friend stayed here for the mighty hike and honestly I couldn't have picked a better place to stay, it has everything you need, a beautiful location and the host is so friendly, I would happily recommend in fact I'm planning on going back with my wife
