Greetings, I am a rustic hut in a quiet secluded location at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest and nature. In a few minutes, you'll be at the Turracher Höhe. In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Welcome to winter at Chalet 307 at Turracher Höhe🏔️⛷️❄️. We are located in the center of Turracher Höhe. A cozy 2-bedroom chalet for up to 5 in Austria’s fairytale destination. Just a short walk (5 minutes) and you can enter the slopes. The big advantage of this location is, that the beautiful Turrachersee with different bars and restaurants around is reachable within a few walking minutes. Our doors are open for you, all year round.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
