Independent and spacious house with garden, located in the Marche countryside just 5 km from the sea. 10 km from Senigallia and Fano, 40 km from Riccione and Conero Park; also reachable in a few minutes by car are some of the most beautiful villages in Italy, such as Mondolfo, Corinaldo, Mondavio... for a vacation halfway between the blue of the sea and the green of the hills. Large outdoor space with barbecue for grilling with friends and a relaxation corner for the exclusive use of guests.

House on the Port

Typical fishermen's house, independent and directly overlooking the port of Pesaro, one of the most characteristic areas of the city. Close to the equipped and free beaches of both the promenade and Baia Flaminia, the station, the center and the San Bartolo natural park. Arranged on two floors, it can accommodate up to four people, with two single beds or a double bed of your choice and a sofa bed. In front of the house and in all the surrounding streets there are free public parking lots.

RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Beautiful little house, close to Fano, beaches, hill

Just 5 minutes from downtown Fano, charming little house in the middle of its greenery, with pine forest and various plants, close to Fano and the sea. Charming, sea view from the first floor and hill view on the other side of the house, the nearby 12-hectare park around the house has 900 olive trees. My place is good for families (with kids). (The house has no fence, except on the road side, so it is not ideal for animals if they are too much explorers...)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful villa. Single-story villa with 8x4 m pool, waterfront terrace, deckchairs, water mattress for the pool and children's paddling pool. The house is bordered by fields, is located in a very quiet and relaxing area and has an electric car charging station. The villa is 20 km from the beautiful seaside resort of Senigallia. A little further, you will find Mount Conero with its beautiful cliffs and wild nature.

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Detached farmhouse, located on the Marche hills, a few km from Senigallia's velvet beach. Ideal place for those who love to relax and immerse themselves in nature. Suitable for families and couples, with large courtyard, swimming pool and garden. A short walk from the historic center and well connected to the main roads.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The flat is at the basement of our family villa, it has been completely renovated in 2024. It is a cozy retreat for couples who wants to have a base to explore the area. Not suitable for big families or couples with big dogs. Not suitable for people taller than 1,90cm.
