Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper's House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen, and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Welcome to our beautiful cabin, in a quiet area with a stunning view! Here you can have a quiet holiday surrounded by great nature and sun from morning to evening. Short distance to both swimming and fishing on the jetty of the cabin area or at Åpta Camping. 15-20 minutes drive to Farsund city, a cozy little town with a few shops in the city itself and a small shopping center. Several beautiful beaches along the entire Lista coast that are worth experiencing. 1.5 hour drive to Kristiansand, nearest airport - Kjevik.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

The beaches are only 5 minutes away by car, and the city center, bus station, and nice hiking areas are easily accessible on foot. The annex has its own entrance, patio with fjord view, free parking and the possibility of electric car charging. The area is quiet and safe, and suitable for both couples and families. Welcome to a comfortable and peaceful place to stay while enjoying the southern idyll.

Recharge your luxuries at this unique and tranquil accommodation. Lovely romantic little cottage with a view that gives peace of mind. Large terrace/dock with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and wood-fired hot tub! (IMPORTANT! The hot tub DOES NOT have bubbles or massage, only delicious hot water). Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen and living room with TV. Loft/loft with 2 single beds, 1.80 ceiling height. Free SUP board and small kayak.
