The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Das Haus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert ist beeindruckend und riesengroß!. Tagsüber muss man die Fenster und Läden allerdings dringend geschlossen halten, sonst wird es schnell zu warm. Der Pool ist total toll und sehr gepflegt! Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen perfekt! Egal ob Strand, Kultur oder Wandern. In spätestens 1 Stunde Fahrt ist man in Pisa, Forte sei Marmi oder Lucca! In ca 30 Minuten am Strand! Alles in allem ein tolles Anwesen! Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für gelegentliche Gerüche aus dem Abfluss, die aber durch das öffentliche Abwassersystem bedingt sind.

Great airbnb in the Tuscany landscape. Paola was a very friendly and uncomplicated host. The airbnb was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the mornings with a coffee on the porch and the occasional visits of cats when sitting outside.

What can I say, the stay was fantastic. The apartment was a dream, in Tuscan style, very clean, large rooms (we had three rooms, 6 people), you'll find everything you need. Elena is a great hostess, she was there as soon as you needed her as Elena lives on the same property with her family. We will definitely come back and recommend the accommodation to EVERYONE! Thank you Elena🙏

We were thoroughly pleased with the accommodation and the host. The garden is huge, with pomegranate trees, olive trees, huge lawns with a playground and a beautiful pool area with a larger than average pool and great barbecue facilities with sink, toilet all outside by the pool area. The house is reminiscent of a modern/rustic Tuscan villa. The room sizes are ideal and almost every room has its own bathroom. There is also a mosquito net at each window, which you can push up when airing in the morning, which I found very practical. All in all, it was a special accommodation for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book this villa again in the future.
