Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fayetteville

This is my second stay at Julie’s place. I love the convenience to downtown Fayetteville. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a park and playground just outside the back gate. Plenty of room inside, clean, stocked kitchen & bathrooms, games, toys, etc… we had everything needed. We visited Eureka Springs and Cosmic Caverns while there, which are about an hour away. I highly recommend Julie’s place and will stay here again when visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! A bevy of snacks greeted us - and even some bones for the pups. Also, a cabinet in the bathroom full of toiletries in case we forgot something and lots of little things we felt were really thoughtful. Such a great host!

Nelle was a great host! very responsive and helpful. We had some packages delivered late(after we check out), and she put them in a safe place to come by to get them. The house was clean, tidy d comfortable. We liked the chaisse end on the sofa. Great stay! Thank you again.

Great spot! Right off the trail which was amazing and it was super peaceful and serene, surrounded by trees and felt very private. It was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Thank you so much!

Cutest little home that has been thoughtfully renovated and updated. It is within easy walking distance of Lake Fayetteville trail, which we enjoyed waking and running. The home was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. We even got to try our hand at making our first pour over coffee as the home has multiple brewing options for this morning ritual. We loved that we also had access to the garage which was helpful when loading our vehicle during a rainstorm. The host was very helpful, easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this adorable home! I have lots of family all over Springdale/Fayetteville and Caitlin’s place was only 7 min down the road from my brother’s home off Habberton! It was the absolute perfect location and as soon as I walked in the front door it brought back so many childhood memories! It was absolutely perfect! And the homemade apple butter in the fridge just made it even better! Thank you so much, Caitlin for letting us stay in your home! We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

Had an absolute wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

Amazing place to stay and have some peace of mind!

This was our second time staying at Nadine’s place. It’s perfect for us and our fur babies to stay while in Rogers. It’s close to the downtown square and only 15 minutes to the AMP. The bed is comfy and the place has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again.

Deanna’s place was great! Super fun theme and everything was in working condition. She also went above and beyond with thoughtful stuff. For example, there was a little sewing kit if you have clothing issues. She truly thought of everything. I would stay here again!

The check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located, within walking distance of all main attractions and restaurants. Check-out was equally straightforward, making the entire stay hassle-free. I would gladly stay again next time I visit Bentonville.

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained and serene apartment. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully designed for comfort—from the spotless, well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious rainfall shower and ultra-comfy bed. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and inviting throughout my stay. Although I didn’t use it on this trip, easy access to the garage to park bikes is a great feature. The location is excellent—situated near the edge of the downtown area, just a short walk or bike ride from fantastic restaurants and local spots, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Kathryn was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and with great recommendations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and she made sure I had everything I needed for an enjoyable visit. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic spot to stay when visiting U Ark! Very clean, and safe, location. Easily walkable to campus, sports, anything on Dickenson St, old Fayetteville town square. Street noise some nights (you’ll be on Dickenson!) and an occasional train. Loved it.

We were in town for a baseball tourney and this place was great, especially since it rained a lot! We took morning walks to the Fayetteville square, Dickson street, and edge of campus. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extras provided (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, and even some welcome snacks). Thanks for a great stay!

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

I had a great stay in Fayetteville! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive—answered questions quickly and made everything easy. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.
