Holiday rentals with a patio in Fayetteville

lovely older home with charm. just be aware it's right beside a busy road so more traffic nose than I expected but would definitely stay again .

Parkton Place is a phenomenal place to stay! Just outside of town but still close enough to restaurants and activities. Animals are all so well maintained and a truly a joy to interact with. The place is blooming with life - we even got to see baby chicks running around! Home was clean and comfortable. My family and my fur baby were all very happy here. AC kept the apartment clean even in the hottest days. Highly recommend as a wedding & anniversary venue with stunning photo ops and plenty of accommodation for friends and family. Also great for long stays as the hosts are the friendliest most helpful people you’ll ever meet!

Ann is very nice and very attentive. My trip had a bit of a rough start but Ann came through and really helped and made everything awesome! The loft is extremely extremely cool and very nice!! such a great spot and a cool little town! I would recommend Ann and the loft to anyone! You will not be disappointed

Wonderful clean space, very beautiful home

Rosa was so incredible. I got insane morning sickness on the last day and she was so understanding. I was even able to extend for an extra day just so I could have time to go to urgent care and get the help I needed for the flight home. The place was also incredibly clean. I always feel icky walking into hotels but this was so clean I felt right at home. The location was beautiful and she even had a lot of little amenities that helped our trip (like mosquito repellent!). She also has a huge selection of cooking items so we were able to cook in the home and save money from going out to eat too. It was all so well thought through and she was just so nice. 100% will recommend. My brother even asked for the link so he could stay there next time too!

This was such a tranquil place to stay for our weekend in North Carolina. The space was beautiful and clean - and the bed was so comfortable! We loved the cute coffee station and would take our coffees to the dock bench to enjoy the lake. The patio was also a relaxing spot to sit on the swing and take in the view or watch the birds and squirrels at the feeder out front - they were so entertaining! Alese and Leann were responsive and so friendly - we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to see family in NC!

Loved staying at Del’s place. The unit was exactly like the pictures depicted, very clean and stylish. She was really kind and reached out to be sure we’d have adequate info regarding check in. We’d definitely select her place again whenever visiting family in NC! *****We felt safe, and right at home*****

Place was clean and Cathy and Sean was very helpful and responsive.

The house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and extras in case we forgot something. Nice to sit in an inviting house and feel comfortable. We were able to make meals or take a short drive to restaurants. Shopping was easy to get to as all. Thank you Janelle!

Hakim's place was fantastic, in a great neighborhood. We all slept great each night, and ate breakfast in the kitchen. There's a Keurig for coffee, and plenty of dishes and flatware. It even has a spice rack. The house was clean and neat, with two full bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Fayetteville area (looking at you, skydivers!).

My family was in town for a family reunion. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our visit. The home was spotless and made available all necessities for our stay. We cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We felt right at home. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay❤️.

Jessica and Justin responded back very quickly when we had questions or trouble. The place felt like home to my family and I. The pool was amazing my kids loved it. Kitchen items were easily to access when cooking as well

Reginald’s home was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect size for our group of 8 (3 adults/5 children), for our weekend visit to see family. The home was clean and as described and check in was a breeze. Reginald was accommodating to our request for early check in, and made an effort to reach out and make sure we were settled in comfortably. All in all one of the better BNBs I’ve stayed in with updated appliances and modern decor. Would definitely stay at Reginald’s again for future visits to NC!

I’m so glad we found this spot for our stay! We needed a place we could comfortably stay for a while with a toddler and this checked all our boxes. Host was extremely responsive and kind. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very convenient to nearby amenities. We’re very thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

Usually when I visit Fayetteville I book a hotel; however this time I needed more than one room and it was more feasible to get a Air bnb . This place was easy to access, clean and comfortable.

Joyet was a wonderful host, pleasant, quick to respond.. The condo was great very clean and cozy and quiet . I love that the location was perfect easy to get to every place I needed. Look forward to staying again soon..

This home was such a lovely place. The pictures match the description perfectly. Judy was a pleasure and responded in a timely manner. I extended my stay two extra days. While being outside on patio, I was bitten by bugs so I suggest bug spray if you like to side outside like myself. Outside area wasn’t in the best condition but it didn’t affect my stay.

Very clean and spacious , Myra communicates well about and was always helpful when needed . The complex is not the quietest but still overall a great stay !

We stayed here for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. The location was spotless and well-maintained, with every cooking and household supply we could possibly need—it truly felt like a home away from home. I honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Fayetteville. Highly recommend!

love the renovations they've done to the place. everything was clean and well stocked. having two full bathrooms plus an in-unit washer and dryer was a game changer when traveling with a teenager.
