Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fayetteville

Was a great stay. Very comfortable bed. Internet was pretty spotty, but we had a good signal with Verizon so our phones worked well.

Loved the house and the peaceful country setting. It was located near all the sites we wanted to visit. Garrett was always quick to respond. He was kind enough to message us on the first day that the house was available to check in earlier but we were not arriving until later in the day. Everything was clean and house was very spacious for 4 adults There were snacks in a basket provided for us upon our arrival. If I ever return to this area again, I would definitely want to stay here

We loved our stay at the Red Roost! The boys loved the coop. We enjoyed being close to the city but also in the woods. My 8 year old loved all of the different lofts to sleep/play in. This home had all of the little things, forget your backpack for hiking (check), a bin of flashlights (checks), books for reading (check), walking sticks (check). Would love to visit this home again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kids loved being next to the water to fish anytime. The amenities were convenient and enjoyed the grill and fire pit. We floated the river with 35 family members and had a blast. We fished with New River Trophy Outfitters and the guide was very experienced and knew where all the best spots were. The house is very close to the railroad tracks but wasn't a problem because every house in that area is by the tracks. Plus, the kids liked learning about the different trains. We appreciated Amy's willingness to accommodate my mother's visit as she has to use a walker, and the stairs were a little too much for her. We had a wonderful stay at Mary's House.

Our family had a great time at Ryan’s place. The spacious, updated kitchen and outdoor space meant plenty of room for everyone when preparing meals and eating together. The house is in a great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was fun to be there!

Jessica is an awesome, responsive, and helpful host for a very clean, relaxing, family-style house. It was the perfect place for my family to use as a base camp for vacationing in the area. It's very close to kayaking, and just a short drive to white water rafting, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Thanks Jessica for being such a wonderful host!

Traveling home from beach vacation, house is very convenient to highway. Highway noise is not an issue at all.

What a beautiful property! The views from this cabin are breathtaking, especially in the morning with the fog in the mountains. The cabin is incredibly cozy, rustic and eccentric. It has a personality all of its own and you can tell it is very well loved. Comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. Everything felt and looked clean. The hosts were very responsive and we met Alan when he was tending to the chickens - he is so friendly and great for conversation! New River Gorge National Park and Fayetteville are within 15 minutes of this cabin, along with all the fun activities. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting this area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying at Diana’s place. She is always so kind, helpful, and communicative. We had an issue with the hot water (a breaker) and they were able to get it taken care of immediately. Diana also allowed me to alter my reservation when I had to leave a bit early for a family emergency. The Airbnb itself is large enough for a family, comfortable, and close to Beckley, the new river gorge, and anything else you may need. Diana and her brother are excellent hosts and we will be using this place for our yearly visit to the Beckley area. Thanks for the great stay, Diana!

What a cute find! We needed a place to stay after some other lodging plans fell through and Tracy was able to accommodate us within hours!!! It was a cherry on top that the place was clean and welcoming after a stressful start to the weekend. Highly recommend if you need a small space that can still provide anything you need while traveling!

Wow! Diana's loft is THE perfect base to spend a week exploring the New River Gorge National Park. Diana and her brother Jimmy went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and welcoming. The decor was lovely. All the amenities were fantastic. And we were extremely grateful for the basket of goodies (and drinks in the fridge). We loved it all! ❤️

I work in Beckley several times a year and was burnt out on hotel life. Christine’s place was perfect for my 2 night stay. Quaint and cozy, quiet and comfortable. The bed and linens were so comfy. Good restaurants are near by, or order in..you’re literally in the downtown area. She provided coffee, tea, and fresh cold filtered water. Even provided coffee creamer! Would definitely recommend, it’s perfect for a couple or if you’re solo!

This was a great stay for us! Enough space for all of us to hang out comfortably, especially with access to the porch. We had a great time; Hinton is am underrated town, and the area is gorgeous.

The house was the perfect size and in a super peaceful area with a great outdoor sitting area and board games. Would love to stay here again next time

This was not our first stay at Hillbilly Hideaway and it won’t be the last. We feel right at home and we love feeling like we are staying with friends! It’s always the little details that make a big difference. I appreciated not having to do much to check out. I had my clothes on for church and all that was required for us to check out was to strip the linens and that definitely made it easier! I recommend Hillbilly Hideaway without hesitation!
