Monthly Rentals in Fayetteville

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting the new river gorge national park. The house was perfect for our family of 3. There are several noticeable upgrades and improvements. The kitchen and bathroom especially have been updated. Having a washer & dryer was also a plus. Christy was very responsive asking if we needed anything and replied quickly to messages. The location is great, within walking distance of the town and only a 5 minute walk from the Secret Sandwich Society. (The food there is great!) The neighborhood is quiet. We would recommend staying here.

I have stayed here a few times now and have always had a great stay! The house is clean and has all of the needed essentials. It is close to town and all of the shops and restaurants, and also close to the outdoor adventures that the area offers. I highly recommend this place for anyone paying a visit to Fayetteville!

Toby was a wonderful host! Great communication and was willing to help us with finding a sitter for our dog if we couldn’t find one on Rover. House was exactly as pictured with a quirky layout that is expected with older houses and remnants of the age of the house. Neighborhood is full of dogs so be prepared for barking, but at reasonable hours. Besides that the neighborhood was quiet and an easy to drive all the attractions.

Emily's place is in a great location, barely a couple blocks from the the main street of Fayetteville. Its well decorated, clean, and with everything you'd need. The porch and record player with plenty of good albums are a great touch. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of four. We were about 20 min away from some of the great hikes in NRG and less then 10 min away from grocery stores. Emily was responsive and helpful with my questions. I literally have nothing negative to say. Great vacation rental.
