This apartment also features a beautiful view of the sea and the Brijuni National Park, which consists of 13 islands and islets. Guests can also enjoy a landscaped promenade along the sea, about 7 km long, as well as bike paths. About 7 km away is the city of Pula, which is rich in historical monuments, the most famous of which is the amphitheater (the third largest in the world).

Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.

Ideal for two people. The apartment is located 100 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the center of Fazana where all the summer events are located. Smještaj se nalazi u centru mirnog gradića Vodnjana koji odiše povijesnim ugođajem. U blizini se nalaze muzeji, mletačke palače i objekti iz razdoblja Austro-Ugarske. Kafić se nalazi ispred smještaja na samom Župnom trgu. Iz sobe se vidi crkva Sv. Blaža i najviši zvonik u Istri na kojeg se moguće popeti i vidjeti prekrasnu panoramu južne Istre. U blizini se nalazi gradski park te restoran i trgovina. Parking je javan i besplatan u blizini smještaja.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Welcome our dear guests to our house in Fazana. The house is located in old town only 80 m from the sea. The nearest beach is only 2 min walk from the house. Restaurants are just around the corner, wifi and air conditioner included in price! Parking 28€ per week . There is also parking places near the house but the price is higher.
