Located 5 Minutes walk from the city center, 15 Minutes walk from the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, house of 65m2 with small terrace. On the ground floor, furnished kitchen, on living room. Upstairs, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. The sleeping area is located on the garden side to enjoy perfect tranquility. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other nearby spaces with a parking disc that I make available.
