Located 5 minutes' walk from the city center, 15 minutes' walk from the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, 65 m2 house with small terrace. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen, on the living room. Upstairs, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The night space is located on the garden side to enjoy perfect tranquility. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other spaces nearby with a parking disc that I make available.

Our cottage is located on the Quai de la Vicomté on which there are various restaurants (brasserie, fast food), a pharmacy, tobacco shop, bakery, butcher, fishmonger and a Carrefour Contact. You’ll find: The beach and the Fisheries Museum 300 m away. The Palais de la Bénédictine 600 m away. Tourist office 700 m away. Fécamp train station is within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Spacious 40 m² studio on the 2nd floor of a house with beautiful views of the "Côte de la Vierge" and the sea from the bedroom. Ideally located between the beach (150 meters) and the port (200 meters) where shops, restaurants and activities are concentrated. You can fully enjoy the local life, doing everything on foot.
