Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fernandina Beach

The house is comfortable. 8 adults stayed here and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed the bar area and coffee bar. The pool was fun. We used the wagon and beach towels. Linens were nice and beds comfortable.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Our booking was easy. They had amenities we didn’t even get the opportunity to use but we wanted to. They accommodated our changes and were responsive. The house was clean and that neighborhood was nice. We were close to the beach. We had a great time. The listing was very kid friendly.

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

This place was exactly what we needed for some relaxation after my son just come home from a deployment. What a way for us to spend Father’s Day weekend together. He got to enjoy himself with family and relax. We fished right from the dock. There is a Sam’s club and Publix just a few miles from what seems like you would be several miles from anything. The house was clean and inviting. The property is so clean and open. The pool was refreshing. We will definitely be back in the near future. There’s room to tie up a boat to the dock. I’ll definitely be taking a boat with me on my next adventure. Thank you so much.

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

Host was very sweet and accommodating, gave us recommendations for kid friendly activities. Host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our family vacation. Will recommend for future vacations. Had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful location! The host was very responsive. Great place for a serene getaway but also worked for us being in and out for work. Great place to come home too. The view is amazing! I would stay here again and recommend to all!

We loved everything about our stay. Ariana was very responsive when we had questions about our dog and checkout. The apartment is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, lighting is warm, lots of window light, air conditioner works great, kitchen was very well stocked, extremely clean. I used to live on this street, so it was nice seeing lots of renovated homes. Enjoyed walking the dog at night. There’s a walkable strip a few blocks away with a couple of restaurants and a record store and bike shop. Central to what we needed, which was to go to a concert at Veteran’s Memorial (9 minute drive) and to visit people in various urban core neighborhoods (Murray Hill, Avondale, downtown, Riverside).

The place was wonderful, clean and beautiful. Very responsive to any questions, clear details and instructions with information. 10/10 recommend. Our favorite was the accessibility to the gym and pool, both with which were amazing!

I had a really good stay here. The area is great and the place is really cute. I had let Lawson know that I’d be checking in later at night and the light inside were left on, which I really appreciated. There were unfortunately a few things I wasn’t super happy with. The walls are really thin and unfortunately I heard a lot of noise from the people in the main house. The water pressure in the shower is really low, so be prepared for your showers to take longer, especially if washing your hair. Lastly, the pace was tidy and clean, but not spotless. I did spot a few bugs, which I know are part of living in Florida, but it still put a bit of a damper on my stay.

Nakita, is a great host. She's quick to respond to your questions. There's 5 of us and we were comfortable. I was happy with the beautiful kitchen along with washer and dryer. overall, our stay was great.

We booked for a concert at VyStar Veterans Arena and this place was very conveniently located for it. The home was very clean and we were very happy overall.

this was the most perfect Airbnb for us, and we will definitely be back ! The place is gorgeous, we walked in and instantly knew we made the right choice. Great vibes, awesome restaurants and felt private and cozy at the home. Joe’s place was absolutely phenomenal. It was close to everything that we needed on this trip and it was close to friends and family. Joe was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Everything at Joe‘s place was top-notch, everything was clean, and we felt very comfortable there. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

This was a very beautiful place to stay in. It was right on the beach and access was simply out the back porch. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, even aluminum foil and sandwich bags for our shark teeth finds! The area was very secluded yet close to restaurants. I also loved the decor in this place and the comfy beds and nice bathrooms. All the rooms were very spacious.

Our family had a fantastic stay! To us, it was like a home away from home. Very clean and has everything our family need! John is a wonderful host. Super responsive and instruction provided was clear and precise. We come to TPC Sawgrass often and would like to stay again!
