Beautiful and quiet location! short distance to the beach and downtown. House was very clean and exactly as described! Jodi was helpful and quick to respond.

Our stay at this Amelia Island Airbnb was a pleasant experience! The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by allowing an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. The property was clean and had a unique, rustic charm that gave it a distinct vibe. Everything was as described, and the host’s warmth made the stay enjoyable. We’d give it 5 stars for the hospitality and cleanliness!

Great location, beach is only a 3 minute walk from property. Very clean, host is very communicative and accommodating! We had a great stay while in town for a wedding.

We had an extended stay at Peyton's place and it was excellent! From the moment we got there, it felt so peaceful and like home. The home has a lot of character and has been well maintained. Peyton thought of so many little things that made it feel like home...he probably has anything you need sprinkled throughout the house! The neighbors were all very warm and friendly. We also got a chance to meet Peyton in person and he has such a welcoming, down-to-earth personality. He provided a lot of wonderful information about the home and area ahead of time and always communicated with us very well. He was also very understanding and helpful since we mistakenly left some clothes behind in the dryer! You'll be in a fabulous, walkable location to the town of St. Mary's, along with the Cumberland Island Ferry. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for our family and very glad we booked with Peyton! :-)

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful little place, loved our time there! The local restaurants were great and Cumberland Island was magical we will definitely be back with our adult age kids next time!

The house was perfect for our son’s wedding weekend! Charlene was very responsive to any questions that we had. The pool and hot tub was amazing! Golf cart was fun.

Ashley’s place was great! It was conveniently located near a Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. The amenities were exactly as described. The pool area and gym were clean, well maintained, and peaceful to use. The apartment itself was spotless. Ashley was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Enjoyed staying at Nancy and Ron’s place! Very friendly and responsive couple. A neat and clean space with plenty of natural light. The area is peaceful and has beautiful views of the historic homes and are in walking distance of eateries and the park. Would book again!!

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing beach trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail really showed and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

Had a great weekend. Loved to condo. Gretchen was very responsive and made sure that we were well taken care of. Definitely enjoyed the screened in porch and the pool.

Watching the ocean waves from your room is magical! This place has so many areas to watch the sunrise. Forth floor has great balcony views as well as the coastline views. Condo was very modern and updated. The walking paths and grounds are beautiful & the pool is right around the corner! Can’t wait to return!

We had a great time. Joshua's place was easily walkable to the beach and pool. It was comfortable and well kept. Also, it was stocked with towels and beach gear which was very helpful.
