Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. The deposit fee is $700 The pools are closed due to weather conditions between November 1 and April 30
