Holiday rentals with a patio in Ficuzza

Die Ferienwohnung von Salavatore ist modern sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum auf der einen Seite die Berge auf der anderen Seite kann man am Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore war perfekt auch der Check in hat super funktioniert. Man könnte auch spät am Abend anreisen da es mit einer Schlüsselbox funktioniert. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vorm Haus, oder etwas unterhalb an der Straße. Verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte und gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der nächste Strand ist zu Fuß ca. 20min. Alles in allem hat es uns in Cinisi sehr gut gefallen. ☀️

We loved our stay at Marina’s air bnb. The space was beautifully designed and spotless. We had everything we needed and the Marina team was so responsive. I highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Palermo. We would absolutely book with Marina again.

This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor, very quiet with the added bonus of the garden. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town but there are buses that go regularly from the top of the road. The buses run from the station too and the airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, so very convenient. Buses also go from the top of the road to Mondello which is the beach area. There are plenty of local restaurants too. We had a very good stay and would recommend.

We began our engagement moon in Palermo, and this apartment was the perfect start to the week. Just steps from the Teatro Massimo and the main drag, it was gorgeous, spacious, and had amazing air conditioning! The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and was flexible with our arrival time as we were out exploring the city. They gave a great recommendation for a safe parking lot nearby in advance and set us up with a driver to take us to Monreale when we realized driving ourselves would be complicated. It felt like a good friend was helping to plan our trip. We highly recommend this perfect apartment and are grateful for the communicative team running it!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The apartment is lovely, comfy beds with great bathrooms. Gorgeous views from the terrace. It’s an easy walk into the old town …and lots of great restaurants. Roberto was a kind and responsive host and helped us book a driver for the day. Would absolutely recommend!

Francesco ist wirklich der perfekte Gastgeber! Er war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und hatte viele tolle Tipps parat – von Restaurants über Unternehmungen bis hin zu einem günstigen Taxi-Sharing-Service vom/zum Flughafen. Auch wenn es von unserer Seite ein paar kleine Umstände gab, war Francesco stets verständnisvoll und unterstützend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach großartig: super sauber, besonders Küche und Bad, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht – sogar Wasser und ein paar Lebensmittel zur Begrüßung standen bereit. Es gibt moderne Geräte, wie eine neue Spül- und Waschmaschine, und die wunderschöne Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe fährt auch ein kostenloser Shuttlebus. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Francesco, für alles!

This apartment has a very positive atmosphere, is full of light and has beautiful views. It is located in a quiet side street, so except for maybe one night (i guess on Friday party night :-) it was practically silent and you could sleep well with the balcony door open. The host was very helpful and communicative, there was a bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge and we also had the opportunity to make coffee, which was great. I definitely recommend this cozy apartment.

The Place is exactly like in the pictures. Clean , beautiful view of the sea and easy to reach other places. Giuliano is a great host, helpful with recommendations- places to visit, eateries etc and was always reachable. We enjoyed our stay!!

Wir sind sehr begeistert von dieser Unterkunft - wunderschön gelegen, ganz ruhig, inmitten einer fantastischen Landschaft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren als Familie da, Eltern mit zwei Kindern, alles passte perfekt. DIe Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wollen unbedingt wiederkommen. DIe Kommunikation war auch hervorragend. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns ein kleines Paradies!

Torre Granatelli was clean, tidy, charming and a haven away from the outside world. Check-in was painless we were given all the information we needed about the local restaurants and Maria went as far as to book one for us when we arrived due to the lateness of our flight. nothing was to much trouble. she was always there if we needed anything Torre Granatelli is a good 30-40 minute walk from the old town/harbour area, so we ended up getting a very good taxi that Maria recommended and used him to get to where we wanted to go when it was on the otherside of town and for the transfer back to the airport. All in all a very nice stay with lovely host/s

We had a lovely stay at Salvatore's place. The view from the rooms was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean, and having a private parking spot in Palermo priceless. Salvatore was always very responsive. Check-in was flawless and we felt immediately like at home. The apartment has A/C in the bed rooms, which is a must during summer. The location is perfect to reach Mondello or Palermo's city center in just 10 minutes by car. This gave us the possibility to enjoy both the beach and the cultural beauties of Palermo. We will definitely visit again once we are back in Palermo. Thanks :-)

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Danielas Unterkunft in Termini Imerese. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – besonders angenehm fanden wir die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgte. Ein echtes Highlight war die schöne Terrasse, auf der wir gerne entspannten, und der wunderbare Meerblick direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal: ruhig, charmant und perfekt, um sowohl die Umgebung zu erkunden als auch einfach mal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Gegend hat uns wirklich begeistert – authentisch, freundlich und nicht überlaufen. Daniela war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – danke, Daniela, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! (:

The view from the deck was incredibly beautiful, with vistas of the ocean, mountains, and an ancient tower. There was a cove on property, a 4 minute walk to a public beach, and walkable to restaurants and the Zingaro. The house itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. All in all we had a wonderful vacation.

Esperienza di soggiorno che rasenta la perfezione. Gli host Caterina e Francesco, super disponibili, cordiali e reattivi, hanno trasmesso in Casa Zahar la propria passione per il bello, omaggiando il territorio e realizzando una struttura che è più di un semplice alloggio, grazie agli spazi esterni che circondano la villetta, dal patio al barbecue, dal pool bar attorno alla piscina all'orto e al piccolo, meraviglioso uliveto. Pulizia impeccabile, zona living con cucina di pregevole fattura super accessoriata, bagno di dimensioni generose, due camere da letto minimali ma elegantemente arredate. Molto utile la zona lavanderia, elettrodomestici recentissimi. Circondata dalla quiete della campagna alle spalle di Castellammare, Casa Zahar è in posizione ideale per partire alla scoperta della Sicilia Occidentale: Scopello e Riserva dello Zingaro, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice e Trapani, ma anche Segesta e Selinunte, o Gibellina e la Valle del Belice. Consigliatissima!

Maria Carmela is a wonderful host. She picked us up on arrival and drove us to the apartment. She left us plenty of coffee and tea and even milk as well as a bottle of wine. She also put us in touch with taxi drivers that helped us a lot. It was great knowing we could count on her to respond in case of need.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

Sehr grosse Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Der Ort selbst bietet wenig, man ist mit dem Auto aber in 30 min an tollen Stränden, Agrigent und anderen Sehenswürdigleiten.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

It was so wonderful to stay at I Colori Della Sicilia’s place! Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us warmly and left coffee and breakfast treats for us for the next morning. The apartment was adorable, clean, modern, and had everything we needed! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful! Shortly after we arrived, we were headed to a nearby pizzeria for dinner. My husband and I looked somewhat confused about how to get there so Giuseppe invited us to jump in his car as he and his wife were headed home, and gave us a ride. Their heartfelt friendliness made us feel like family! The walk from the pizzeria back to the apartment was a very easy 4 minute walk - and the pizza was so good! The next morning our flight left at 6 am and we had made plans with Giuseppe to provide transportation to the airport. We needed to leave at 3:45 am and we were so grateful to have the peace of mind knowing we didn’t have to worry about a ride. Well worth the cost of the ride! 10/10!

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

I think Massimiliano and his son Guiseppe were amazing hosts for my stay in Palermo, they were so helpful with check in, even gave us alcohol and food on arrival. He also stocked shampoo/shower gel and other useful things you may have forgotten. The space was exactly as described and a walking distance to everything! I could not have asked for a better host, I would recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Palermo! 5 Stars!🌟

I am extremely fussy and I couldn’t find any fault, I would give it six stars if I could. probably the most beautiful and scenic roads I have ever had the pleasure to drive on. The beach feels like a private beach at times, spotlessly clean with fish in the shallow water, a little slice of paradise. Perfectly placed for relaxation and also for exploring the beautiful sights of Sicily. stopped at mt Etna on the way then stopped to visit the valley of the temples before relaxing on the pristine beach right outside the appartment 🫶 Lovely days spent admiring the beautiful architecture in Palermo. Perfect trip, can’t wait to visit again 🙏

Carmelo and Elvira were fantastic hosts. The apartment is full of character and has everything you need. There are separate stairwells leading up to each sleeping area, which is great for privacy. One side of the upstairs does have slightly lower ceilings, so if you are tall just be aware. The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo and has easy access to bus and train for day trips. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
