One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Relax as a couple, with the whole family or with friends in this charming and warm attic. You can enjoy the wonderful view of the Lagorai mountain range. Located on the second floor of a three-family villa, with a separate entrance. On the large balcony, taking advantage of a comfortable relaxation corner, you can warm up in the sun and in the evening marvel under a starry or moonlit sky, sipping a glass of wine or, in the cold season, a hot herbal tea.

Two bathrooms, one of which is suitable for people with disabilities. 24-hour ventilation system guarantees maximum comfort The apartment is suitable for people with disabilities as it has no architectural barriers. Public transport is a few meters from the apartment as well as a grocery store.

Mountain attic apartment

Typical wooden attic furnished in mountain style in a villa with garden. The municipal swimming pool with fitness center is just 100 meters away and the Cermìs cable cars are 300 meters away. It's a 5-minute walk to the town center. The Avisio bike path and the Marcialonga cross-country ski trail are 1 km away. Linens and towels are provided, no tablecloth and napkins are provided.

Vacation on the Moandlhof farm

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time.
