Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Finnentrop

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. The size of the house was great. Each had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, the hot tub and the outdoor sauna were great. A baby bed and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and directly behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The town of Cobbenrode is not large. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby, there are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For a long weekend with friends, to relax or to hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we were able to enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quick to respond to questions and was able to help remotely. Thank you very much.

We spent some nice days at Klaus's place in Selkentrop. The accommodation is newly renovated, totally cozy, clean and is very quiet and close to nature – ideal for a small break with children. Especially great: the private playground right by the house. Everything was well equipped and child friendly (high chair, fall-out protection by the bed). Otherwise, everything was great and Klaus, who lives on the property with his family, was very friendly and easily accessible.

We've already been to here for the second time and we felt very comfortable again - this time despite the rainy weather!We were well provided with tips and hints from hostess Andrea. The kitchen is superbly equipped and, above all, The garden is wonderful thanks to roses and seating and even a fire bowl. On foot, we were able to quickly (5-10min) leave the rather less exciting residential area behind us and were in the forest and in fields with the cows. We will be happy to come back!

On the spur of the moment, the three of us spent 2 days in Manfred's beautifully located house, quiet with a wonderful view. From there, we could make wonderful excursions into the surrounding area. We immediately felt very comfortable, the house and property are clean and lovingly maintained. Bathroom very small with shower. Bedroom small and friendly, kitchen offers everything you need (hot water takes a long time..) A kind of winter garden invites you to linger in the evening. Absolutely recommended for people with a love of nature in a beautiful retreat.

The house is super nice. A magnificent view from the terrace into the unspoiled landscape. Come in and feel welcome and at home. Unfortunately, I did not get to know Bettina personally. But she was always available. Since we arrived by motorcycle on a holiday, Bettina immediately offered to buy one for us and put drinks in the refrigerator. Perfect service and very attentive. Thank you, that was very nice and hospitable. The furnishings in the house leave nothing to be desired.

What a great place to stay! We felt completely comfortable. The loft or the whole house is fantastic! Incredibly creative, stylish and, above all, lovingly furnished. In my opinion, even more impressive than in the photos. 1,000 thanks! It was a great weekend. The restaurant tips were both great.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the service is excellent. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful nature of the hostess Verena, who even made sure that we got our forgotten sweater back – and then sent it to us. Such an extraordinary service naturally makes the stay even more beautiful.;) We can only highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly come back!

We were there for hiking over Easter weekend. The apartment has everything you need and the kitchen even more.

Everything went smoothly and without complications, Stefan was friendly and completely unobtrusive. Really a great place and surroundings for my needs and those of my two dogs. I would definitely book there again!

A very nice place, lots of hiking or biking possibilities nearby, the area is wooded and hilly, we had a great night there and we were even able to enjoy the garage for our motorcycles.

Thank you for the hospitality and the quick response in communication. We used the stay for mountain biking and all destinations were quick to reach. We were also very happy about the garden use - a very idyllic place, beautifully located and many hiking trails around the paths - a real gem <3 Julia and Norbert welcomed us very warmly and we felt very comfortable during our time with them. We had very nice days with Nicole and Peter. Nicole was always available and responded super quickly. The accommodation was exactly as described, we were even greeted with a small gift🥰. We used the sauna overlooking the lake every day and enjoyed the peace and view. The jetty right in front of the nose to take a boat trip, until Sondern you can walk quite comfortably to enjoy a delicious dinner in the restaurant "Seeterrassen" or treat yourself to a delicious piece of cake directly at Peter's 😊 so for a short trip a 10 out of 10 and we recommend the accommodation gladly.

This accommodation is as described in the pictures. It is very comfortably furnished and very cozy. The environment is quiet and you can relax a lot. I can only recommend this accommodation.

We were warmly received in person and the accommodation was personally presented, so that no questions remained unanswered. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Several pillows are available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also well equipped. The accommodation is beautifully quiet and yet very central. Just perfect for a nice stay in Dortmund. Thank you very much.

The check-in was completely uncomplicated via key safe. The contact with the host was very friendly. Everything was explained superbly. We came into the apartment and felt immediately comfortable. This apartment really lacked nothing. You could easily have spent 2 weeks or more here. Everything was super clean. We slept very well in the bed and would be happy to come back anytime.

We stayed for 2 days to discover Cologne and the beautiful area. Everything was nearby and was very nice. The cottage in it too, after a busy day we could find our peace again in the house. Great!
