Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The house is the ideal starting point for hikers, climbers, cyclists, skiers. In the immediate vicinity are the artists' town of Gmünd, the Katschberg, the Goldeck and Lake Millstatt.

You can rent our comfy holiday home with a modern kitchen & living room combination, 2 separate bedrooms and two large balkonies. The flat is on the first floor of our bed&breakfast and the house is surrounded by mountains. The price is based on self-catering, which is easy in the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, coffee-machine, microwave etc). Baby-equipment is for free and for kids there are games and toys, in and outdoor.
