For nature lovers & those seeking peace and quiet Our charming cottage at 1,300 m above sea level was built over 60 years ago by my grandfather and served as a summer weekend house. Today we offer this special place to guests who are looking for peace, nature and the real Tyrolean lifestyle. The house is nestled in the Alps - approx. 10 minutes' drive from the valley town of Zams – ideal for up to 6 people. Whether as a couple, with friends or as a family: if you love the mountains, you will feel at home here immediately!

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
