Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Flavigny-sur-Ozerain

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

Jennifer is very friendly and helpful. She lives close by in the village, so she can quickly come by if needed. The house is cozy with a large wood stove and equipped with everything you need to have a nice time. One of the beds is also suitable for taller people, like me, not everywhere in France. 😀 On the terrace there is sun all day, so you can also eat outside. The neighbours are friendly. The area is very rural and perfect for hiking. There are bakers, supermarkets, etc. at some distance. In short, the house, the village and the region are definitely recommended.

We had a pleasant stay. Marie Thérèse is a lovely host and cares about the well-being of her travelers. Cottage in a quiet and flowery village, a little corner of paradise with its garden and terrace! We visited the beautiful city of Dijon, Beaune and Burgundy. An enchanted interlude! Thank you for the delicious rhubarb jam and hazelnuts!

We had a great time at Erhal's place. The house is very nice and there are plenty to see nearby including when the weather is uncertain. Erhal is a warm and very responsive host. And the teens were blown away by discovering that they lived where Vegedream and KeBlack had recorded their latest sounds. A great stay and good memories thanks to Erhal.

We loved our stay at la p’tiote maison! Bourgogne is an amazing area and staying in Nantoux felt perfect to explore all the little towns around and vineyards, the place is very peaceful and feels homely. We recommend it!

Perfect place! Everything comes together for a great stay! Very comfortable bedding and sofa, overhead projector, Nordic bath, coffee maker, tea maker... in short, everything you need! In addition, Marie was very kind and very attentive to needs. When we left, she wanted to make sure everything went well, in order to improve. Do not hesitate. This is a perfect location for walking to all the key sites and restaurants in Beaune, two of the best restaurants literally around the corner 1 min away. The design of the apartment is modern, the kitchen is well stocked if you have cooking in mind, the bed is comfy and the shower is great. Pierre-Antoine is friendly and helpful. He rode his bike to Beaune Train Station to meet us when we arrived, and helped us negotiate transport to the apartment. There are essentially no taxis or Ubers in Beaune. The station is easily walkable when you do not have much luggage. We agree with the comments that this is not an apartment for you if you have mobility issues.

This beautiful apartment is perfectly located for wandering Dijon's picturesque streets. It's in the heart of things yet peaceful. The salon is wonderful, even better than the pictures. It has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Sylvie answers very quickly and is most helpful.

It is a beautiful house in the center of a beautiful village with the real Burgundian character! Centrally located to explore the region! Nice restaurants and shops nearby! Old sheepfold refurbished with taste and originality, cozy and welcoming. Sophie is very easily reachable, the village very beautiful. Perfect environment for a long weekend with friends, visits to the area, golf courses and idleness by the pool...

Excellent two-night stay for a stopover. it felt like a home away from home. Our dog enjoyed the fenced garden, and we especially appreciated the privacy. The bedding is excellent and the house is very well insulated. Raphaelle was very responsive in returning my requests and I thank her. Karine

What a truly amazing property in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were fabulous, friendly with lots of local knowledge and recommendations for things to see - the perfect spot for a quiet getaway to relax and recharge. I will definitely return as I fell in love with this tranquil area of France.
