Proximity to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d 'Alésia, Vezelay...) Golfs de Pré Lamy and Chailly Castle.

Close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tobacco, bakery).
