The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

We rent our homey, small boathouse The property has its own pier with opportunities to swim via a swimming ladder. Walking distance to swimming areas, several great beaches, rocks, nice hiking areas and cultural monuments (200m - 1km). Proximity to shop (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum with, among other things, restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, spread over the main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer, as winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.

Below the cabin there is a lake where there are 8 canoes that one can borrow for free, as well as a lean-to with barbecue facilities.

Private entrance to the toilet from the jetty. The dock has plenty of sun and sand at the bottom, which makes it very suitable for swimming from the dock. You will find a dining area, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas grill and lounge furniture where you can enjoy lovely sunny days. It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.
