Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

The small but nice apartment is well equipped, so that you do not miss anything. Starting December 1, 2018, a storage facility for skis and snowboards will be available for our guests directly at the Flims cable cars.

Check-in was very easy and explained very well by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook. We can especially recommend breakfast downstairs at the hotel! 😊

We had two good days in Raphael's apartment. Quietly located, it is great for hiking and Mtb tours in the great surroundings. Shopping is 5 minutes away, as well as restaurants and mountain station. We recommend it.

Great communication by Binia before and during our stay. We felt like at home arriving at her nice and comfortable apartment with a small bottle of Prosecco and orange juice (for the little one) as welcoming drinks. Kitchen is well equipped with staples like cooking oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee capsules, tea etc. Bathroom amenities like shampoo, hair conditioner, hand and body soap are included too. We were also pleasantly surprised by the boardgames that were prepared in the apartment. The location is great and even though it’s by the main road, the apartment is peaceful and quiet. We had a great time staying at this apartment!

We were there on a ski vacation and the trip to Flims takes only 7 minutes. Great furnished apartment: very modern, everything new, kitchen very well equipped. We were 4 guests (2 adults /2 teenagers), so the apartment was too small for us and the sofa bed was not optimal. But we already suspected that when booking.
