"Casa del Campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house of 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semion, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural village surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with an independent entrance: one of approx. 200 square meters and another of approx. 40 square meters with sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the whole house.

Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream.
