The lodge is exactly as described, clean and comfortable with treetop views and wonderful sun traps. Susan and Dave were very kind and went the extra mile to help us and make us welcome.

An excellent self-contained studio in a quiet cul-de-sac. The studio was clean, well equipped with plenty of space. Comfortable bed and efficient shower. A small outdoor patio seating area. A good location for visiting both Kent & East Sussex. A beautiful area with numerous National Trust buildings & gardens in the area. I really enjoyed my visit, Paul was a lovely host & I highly recommend the studio to anyone thinking of booking.

A lovely place in a beautiful setting. There was everything we needed and the welcome breakfast items were a nice surprise. The barn was spotless and perfect for our stay.
