This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

A circa 20 minuti a piedi da piazza del Duomo ( cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore) e dai principali monumenti del centro storico. La stazione di S.M.N. è raggiungibile in 10 minuti.

Appartamento su due piani con camera, cucina, bagno con doccia e soggiorno ( 2 letti supplementari) con giardino a 30 minuti a piedi (1,6 km) dal centro. In zona si trova parcheggio facilmente. L'autobus n. 14 porta direttamente alla Stazione di Firenze S.M.N. Two-storey flat with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room (2 more beds) with garden. At 30 minute walk (1.6 km) from the city center. Easy parking. Bus 14 leads directly to the main station of Firenze S.M.N.
