Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Florida Panhandle

This was a great place for us - we had a wonderful time - it's centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood, on a canal where you can fish and trap crabs.... we just had so much fun sitting out and enjoying the deck and also watching the guys fish. Krystal was very gracious and was a great host. They have items you wouldn't normally have access to such as items for toddlers and children, which was nice so as to not have to travel with bulky items you will always need for a toddler. Our grandson LOVED being outside. We loved our time there, being able to visit with family at the house and in the Milton area. We definitely plan to rent again when in the area. Thank you for everything! It was a wonderful time.

We rented this house for the weekend. We are local and knew the area well so it was exciting the house was available. I explained to Max what we were hoping to use the house for (Prom Weekend) and established open communication and trust. Myself and another mom were present at all times and the kids absolutely loved the pool, ping pong table and outdoor loungers. They bonded all weekend and will never forget the amazing weekend they had at the beach house. We had one small housekeeping issue that we noticed upon arrival, and I emailed Max who immediately sent an Instacart remedy along with a bunch of chocolates. Truly unexpected and so responsive. I really liked working with Max and found our stay to be memorable and wonderful. Thank you for an incredible time. I could not recommend this Airbnb rental more.

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

Description does not do this place justice! Beautiful home and please neighborhood. I brought in a family of 7 and could have comfortably had another 4 or 5 people with me. The home was very clean and set up beautifully. Caroline had everything you could think of and probably plenty you wouldn't think of available for use. She also has a very thoughtful use one take one set up. I loved it and if she will have us will definitely use this place again anytime we come back..perfect place for our first visit to the area.

the house is beautiful and roomy and well stocked.our teenaged kids really loved the swimming pool.the house is in an ideal location only 5 minute drive to beautiful Navarre beach. there are plenty of stores and grocery stores such as Publix nearby. our host James was very responsive and responded to our questions immediately.we would love to stay here again in near future.

We had a wonderful stay! Had a hiccup with the ac and they were super quick to get it resolved. House was amazing, location was great! Close to the beach and restaurants. All the beach gear was amazing and the bikes were used daily by our adult children. Lovely place and hosts!!!!

Jaime was very welcoming and quickly responsive to any of my questions and concerns. Everything in the house, looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay again and recommend this home to others.

This is the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at! The location was a 10/10, the house was beautiful and spacious, and the host thought of everything. There was a well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, hangers in the closet, beach towels, and more. We felt right at home during our stay, and would definitely book with Laura again. The house was so clean when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking to get coffee in the morning at the coffee shop in the front of the neighborhood, or visiting Blue Mountain Creamery after dinner. Truly a gem!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

It was very clean and check in an out was super easy and Alma and Michael checked in multiple times to make sure we didn’t have any problems with anything. Overall great place to stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Tons of restaurants and shops within a mile, and just a few minutes drive to the beach. I highly recommend this place and we would stay here again.

WARNING: “CEO” of property and property management were very unwelcoming. We were told that we could park our golf cart on the property, and then they immediately called a towing company and ridiculed my partner for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great! The room was very nice and came with all amenities that were needed. The pool is very nice. The condo is in a great location on the beach. Our host, Michelle, was very nice! I’d definitely recommend staying with this host again.

This place was amazing!!! It was the perfect place for us to celebrate our anniversary and just enjoy all that Fairhope has to offer. The place had everything we could want or need for our stay. From the furnishings to the spacious layout, this place is awesome!! Karin was an amazing host, making sure we were comfortable and all of our needs and wants were taken care of!! This is our second time staying at one of Gary’s properties and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, all the amenities that you would need and only a short drive to the beach. Perfect for vacation :)

This place was perfect for a short trip with my husband! There’s plenty of space for a couple people, everything was clean, and the location is great.

Lisa's place was in a perfect location to explore Pensacola, a shorte walk to historic downtown and the waterfront. It was in a nice historic neighborhood, with easy, on-street parking. The apartment was in the second floor of a historic, Victorian home, with another Airbnb rental across the hall, accessed by a steep, narrow flight of stairs. The space was large, with a really comfortable bed. It's not a true 1-bedroom apartment; the bed is in the same room as the living area. It was quiet and peaceful and stress-free. We enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING HOUSE!! This house is exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay and exceeded all of our expectations. The house was nicely decorated with high quality items. It was fully stocked and extremely clean. The hostess is very helpful and kind and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can't beat the location. So convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this house. I will definitely book again.

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

The booking was exactly like what the photos presented. Great host and even greater experience. My party of 16 were all able to find home in the booking with plenty of bedding, kitchen space, and functional amenities. The host provided plenty of recommendations, tips, and weather reports! There was a storm brewing near the end of our stay and Jane kept my party up-to-speed.

Very nice place, and plenty of room for our family on 7. Kacy was excellent host, very friendly and responsive.

A great location with a short 2-3 min walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and has been renovated. Very clean upon arrival! The rooms have enough beds to accomodate 17 people. It was so nice not to have anyone sleeping on the couch! Plenty of bathrooms for all. The pool was great and plenty of pool towels were provided. Games for the kids was a PLUS! Upon arrival we had a few grill options that were not that great. To our surprise, Lena arranged a new grill to be delivered and put together for us. It was a pure coincidence, I did not contact her to complain. The handy man was super nice and asked permission before coming on the property. We even had a sweet treat delivered one morning complements of Lena. 🍩 I have been renting large properties like this for several years now and I can honestly say I have no complaints from this one. Lena was great to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future
