Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Florida Panhandle

The house was the perfect place to host our group of friends. There was plenty of sleeping space as well as tons of open areas in the house for all of us to gather and hang out. The house was very nice, clean, and well accommodated. We were glad the host aforementioned the possibility of a neighbor chanting/yelling out behind the property as this did occur a few times. She seemed harmless, but glad we had a warning regardless! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing memories!

Aimee’s home has 5 stars for a good reason! From the minute we started to plan the trip to the time we left Aimee was extremely helpful! The home was so clean and in a quiet area. My kids loved swimming in the pool in the morning. If there were any questions or issues Aimee was so responsive and quick to help in whatever way she could. We loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to almost everywhere. The beach bungalow is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Had a hiccup with the ac and they were super quick to get it resolved. House was amazing, location was great! Close to the beach and restaurants. All the beach gear was amazing and the bikes were used daily by our adult children. Lovely place and hosts!!!!

Awnna's place was clean, beds were very comfortable, had all the kitchen items necessary to cook and keep foods, there were toys for the kids to use at the beach, and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Grocery store was close, Whale's Tail had good drinks (crab cakes were not the best), jet ski rental was easy to walk to, and the private beach was great! She was very communicative, and gave good recommendations for rentals, etc. It was easy to travel to restaurants for dinner. We hope to come back again in the future with our family. If you're looking for a quiet and laid-back beach town St. Joe Beach/Port Saint Joe is a perfect spot, and Three Little Birds is a great house to stay in. The house is right across the street from the beach with unobstructed views of the water. Everything inside and out is clean, well-kept and comfortable. The location is perfect for a quiet get away, but also only about ten minutes from Port Saint Joe, so you are easily able to explore some different restaurants and shops in that area. Great place to spend a vacation.

We had the best time possible loved everything about the place. Didn't want to leave. Makes you wanna move in permanently. Very homely which takes all the stress away. Wouldn't go with anywhere else on next trip hopefully soon!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

My husband and I LOVED our stay at the Pink Flamingo! Our favorite things about the place included the following: it sits right on the beach with easy beach access, the condo itself is adorable with great amenities, and we enjoyed the fact that it was a mile or so away from all the busy traffic but we could still get to some nest locations with just a short drive! While we were there we enjoyed breakfast at Beachview every morning. It’s just 3 doors down from the building and serves food all day with live music in the evenings! Rockin Tacos and The Gulf were two other favorites of ours for dinner- both less than 15 minutes away! We also enjoyed plenty of time on the beach thanks to the great amenities this condo building offers, walking up and down the Boardwalk in Okaloosa and around the Harbor in Destin. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our weekend away!

It was very clean and check in an out was super easy and Alma and Michael checked in multiple times to make sure we didn’t have any problems with anything. Overall great place to stay.

Our stay in Foley was excellent. The property was spotlessly clean with clear instructions, and the host was great – exactly as described. The location was conveniently close to everything, and we loved having access to the pool. Highly recommend!

Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

WARNING: “CEO” of property and property management were very unwelcoming. We were told that we could park our golf cart on the property, and then they immediately called a towing company and ridiculed my partner for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great! The room was very nice and came with all amenities that were needed. The pool is very nice. The condo is in a great location on the beach. Our host, Michelle, was very nice! I’d definitely recommend staying with this host again.

This place was perfect for a short trip with my husband! There’s plenty of space for a couple people, everything was clean, and the location is great.

AMAZING HOUSE!! This house is exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay and exceeded all of our expectations. The house was nicely decorated with high quality items. It was fully stocked and extremely clean. The hostess is very helpful and kind and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can't beat the location. So convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this house. I will definitely book again.

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

The booking was exactly like what the photos presented. Great host and even greater experience. My party of 16 were all able to find home in the booking with plenty of bedding, kitchen space, and functional amenities. The host provided plenty of recommendations, tips, and weather reports! There was a storm brewing near the end of our stay and Jane kept my party up-to-speed.

A great location with a short 2-3 min walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and has been renovated. Very clean upon arrival! The rooms have enough beds to accomodate 17 people. It was so nice not to have anyone sleeping on the couch! Plenty of bathrooms for all. The pool was great and plenty of pool towels were provided. Games for the kids was a PLUS! Upon arrival we had a few grill options that were not that great. To our surprise, Lena arranged a new grill to be delivered and put together for us. It was a pure coincidence, I did not contact her to complain. The handy man was super nice and asked permission before coming on the property. We even had a sweet treat delivered one morning complements of Lena. 🍩 I have been renting large properties like this for several years now and I can honestly say I have no complaints from this one. Lena was great to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future
